Virtual Orientation

Licensing, TRS & NAC all require families to complete an orientation prior to enrolling your child. Due to circumstances limiting us to virtual contact, please complete the multi-step Virtual Orientation Process to complete your enrollment process. Should you have any questions while completing this form, you can contact your student's campus during business hours, or use the chat feature to submit a request and someone will respond at the earliest convenience.

Welcome to Fred Moore Day Nursery School. We want to welcome you and your family to our organization. We are honored you have chosen us to partner with you for your child's educational needs. We are here to be of service to you and your family, especially during these unusual times, please do not hesitate to contact us or reach out to your campus director, child's teacher, or one of our many administrators if there is anything we can do to make this experience the best one for your student and your family.

A complete copy of our FAMILY HANDBOOK and all of the policies reviewed in our Orientation Process are available for print at the end of this form.

FMDNS normally welcomes families into our center and actively encourages parent participation and involvement. Due to current circumstances, FMDNS has a closed campus policy; only students and staff members are currently permitted in the facilities.

In an effort to keep parents informed and engaged in their student's learning experience, we request that families download our app & regularly communicate with our staff.

ProCare Connect can be downloaded in your app store. Once your student is enrolled, parents/guardians will receive an email link with a code to access your student's profile. You should receive an email similar to the one below:

Once you select "parent" and choose your password, you'll be prompted to enter the 10 digit character code received in your welcome email. After logging in, you'll be able to see your child's daily activities, meals, teacher notes, photos through out their day and be able to communicate directly with your student's teacher.

FMDNS teachers will reach out to introduce themselves once your student is enrolled. For more information about your student's teacher and classroom setting, visit our classroom pages located on our website.

FMDNS believes the family is the primary force in preparing children for school and life, and children benefit when ALL the adults who care for them work together. When program staff and families are engaged as partners, they commit to working together on each child’s behalf. When family members take the lead and make decisions about their children’s learning, they are truly engaged. Positive, goal-directed, relationships between families and program staff are key to engagement and children’s school readiness.

We encourage you to reach out to us, communicate with us about your child's needs or if we can be of service to you in any way. We want to be a resource for your child's educational needs, but we are frequently a resource for many other needs as well. During Fred Moore Day Nursery School's more than 65 years of service in the Denton community, we have formed numerous partnerships that can assist our families in need.
