Debbie Merki, a philanthropist and local Denton commnity member, served as a Board Member on our Board of Directors. Debbie was an active member of our organization at the time of her unexpected passing in 2016.
 
In Debbie's Memorial, her husband Mark Merki partnerned with FMDNS to offer the Debbie Merki Scholarship Fund in her honor.
 
Your donation directly contribute to the continued education of a student in need. This scholarship is used to bridge the gap for unexpected circumstances occuring for our students, as a way to keep them enrolled during periods of time when their families would otherwise be unable to afford tuition.
